We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Order process
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from ClickApe Ltd.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it.
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgment for your own records.
Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and we are not VAT registered so we do not charge VAT.
Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Some products are excluded from the Guarantee and are clearly marked. (Please refer to our Returns section for conditions).
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns section for conditions.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 7 day money back guarantee.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
Liability and Indemnity
Clickape Ltd will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website Clickape Ltd will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Clickape Ltd accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
If your alarm fails to trigger Clickape Ltd will not be liable for any losses or damages more than the price of the alarm system that you paid to ClickApe Ltd.
Miscellaneous Provisions
The contract between us and the customer will be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
Our maximum liability in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question.
Wireless alarms direct will be under no liability for any failure or delay to deliver items or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Returns Information
Here at Wireless alarms direct we will endeavor to make your buying experience a happy one, so we're here to help, once you have purchased an alarm from us.
You must carefully check all items purchased before installing them. Please keep details of purchase to provide proof of purchase when any after sales help is required.
Return Options:
7 day return policy
Unless stated elsewhere, the majority of our products will be covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Make contact with us and return your product to us. It must be in an unused condition in the original packaging, you will need attach a copy of the receipt with the goods and we'll give you a refund. If there are clear signs of usage your refund will be invalidated and we will not honor any refund.
Any item returned to us within 7 days will be subject to a surcharge to cover the costs of testing, restocking and delivery charges which we incurred:

The customer will have the responsibility for the safe return of any returned item including postage costs.
Please note any returning of products must be authorized by ourselves first. Please phone or email us to discuss the situation first. Any products returned to us without pria discussion will not be refunded for.
12 month Guarantee
All Alarms that we sell come with a 12 month manufacturer guarantee. If your Alarm becomes faulty within this time frame, please contact us to discuss the issue and to arrange for its return to either be fixed or replaced. Again postage costs incurred will be the paid by yourself.
Please will you also enclose a copy of your receipt and covering letter with the reason for return with the package to avoid any delays and the returns number we will provide you with.
Delivery Charges
Method of Delivery
The majority of orders are delivered via Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery dependent on value and package size.
Delivery Times
All orders will be sent via first class royal mail postage with the aim of next working day delivery if ordered before 3pm.
This next day delivery service is not guaranteed but every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this goal.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they have given the correct delivery address. This cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
